Sam Havelock is an American Venture Developer. Sam has been involved in the founding or restructuring of a number of technology, defense, and consumer goods companies along with the purchase and sale of a number of others.

Examples of portfolio companies Sam founded include SOFX Media which publishes the largest daily newsletter in global special operations, Black Box Talent, an Artificial Intelligence focused recruiting agency, and Zeriscope, a mobile-based telemedicine platform.

Sam is a former United States Marine and Naval Officer, with over two decades experience leading people and building Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance capabilities in the Department of Defense and the United States Special Operations community.

Sam lives in Charleston, South Carolina, with his wife and children.
